To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging with tags in place and the return process started within 14 days of receipt of the items.

1. Balloons can only be returned if proven to be defective or unused and unopened. Full proof of defect including images are required to begin any refund process. Where balloons have been over filled, we are unable to accept liability. Please see full guide and instructions on store pages.
2. Hair extensions must not be used with heat above 110 degrees. We are unable to accept liability where heat has been used to style synthetic hair items. Please see full instructions on store pages and packaging literature on heat restrictions and how to care for the hair. Items will be fully inspected on return for signs of wear and misuse with accordance to instructions. Refunds will only be agreed and fulfilled once supply line at customer services are satisfied all terms have been fulfilled.
3. swimwear and beachwear is non returnable due to health and hygiene restrictions. if item is defective your statutory rights remain unaffected. Defective items will be processed in accordance with returns procedure as stated.
